Missionary Candidates interested to affiliate with GIBM should provide a written statement for each of the qualifications below. 

Evidence of being born again.

Evidence of a clear call to missions.

Membership at a Independent Baptist Church.

Evidence of being a faithful soul winner.

Evidence of spiritual maturity.

Two Pastoral Reference Letters

Provide two letters of reference from senior pastors other than your sending pastor.

MISSIONARY APPLICATION

The personal questions in this application should be answered as completely an explicitly as possibly. All information will be treated with complete confidentiality. If you are married, your spouse should fill out a separate application.
